A Year in Review

It is the beginning of a new year and a new millennium. I reflect on the past year, where I have gone and how I have changed. I ponder what awaits me in the future, what new and exciting things might I do this year. I am overwhelmed.

The year 2000 was my best and most difficult. I traveled to St. Petersburg, Russia in January for the Pajaro Group meeting hosted by Venya Kolpachnikov. On the way to

and from Russia I stopped off in Switzerland to visit a close family friend. In March my Leadership group met in the Netherlands where we had our Power Lab with five new participants from outside our group, two from the Netherlands and three from Italy. In June I flew to France to visit members of my Leadership group and then took the train to Italy where I traveled with friends before going to the Pajaro Group meeting in

My Highlights of My Leadership Program Session 1

Making a decision to participate in the Leadership program I was strongly confident in it's usefulness. On the other hand, I imagined I more or less understood it's content and process as well as expectable results for me and other participants. Now, after the session 1 of the program is over, I realize that I hardly may imagine what

will there be with me, whom will I be  at the end of the whole Program.
My mistake was in just cognitive, rational conceptualizing the Program. And the core essence of it is
experience. It is wonderful and unpredictable in details 1experiential journey for every it's participant and for
